Large ironstone serving plate from the remarkable “Water Lilies” collection, emblematic of early 20th-century decorative refinement. This piece is distinguished by its superb relief of finely modeled water lilies and foliage in contrasting shades of green and yellow, harmoniously set against a warm, textured brown background.

Dated between 1920 and 1950, this plate fully reflects the artistic trends of the time, particularly the influence of Art Nouveau, which was still very much present in tableware between the two world wars. It bears the signature Sarreguemines France, a mark used after 1918, as well as the initials DV, corresponding to the decorators Dicoin/Vitry, a guarantee of authenticity and quality.

Both a decorative object and a collector's item, this large serving plate will bring elegance and character to a table, a display case, or a refined interior.
