Order of the Crown 1914/1918. Order of the Crown is the second order of the Kingdom of Belgium created on October 15, 1897 by Leopold II of Belgium. The purpose of the Labor Medals is to honor and reward employees for their knowledge, talent, dedication and skill in carrying out their work. There are two types: 1st and 2nd class.
