Louis XV style shepherdess

Beautiful bergère armchair in good condition.

Walnut late nineteenth, floral tapestry in pink tones (Has been re-upholstered in the twentieth century).

The Louis XV armchair was influenced by the Rococo style with soft curves, convertible legs and the use of cane.

The bergère armchair also appeared under Louis XV with its padded armrests (armrests) and backrest leaving only the exposed wooden frame and a comfortable cushioned seat.
