This large serving plate, crafted from iron-glazed earthenware, is distinguished by its magnificent relief decoration of finely sculpted water lily leaves in shades of green and yellow, set against a textured brown background.
This iconic piece perfectly illustrates the craftsmanship of the Sarreguemines pottery workshops, highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts of antique ceramics. The decorative style reflects the aesthetics of the early 20th century, with Art Nouveau influences still evident.
