Many factories sought the protection of Queen Marie Antoinette for privileges, but only establishments with prestigious craftsmen of excellent reputation and exceptional craftsmanship were approved by her majesty Queen Marie Antoinette.
Most of Marie Antoinette's tableware came from her factories for her apartments in Fontainebleau and the Tuileries, as well as for the Trianon.
Mug and coaster in excellent condition and in the original case. As you can see from the photo, the box is partially worn, which is normal for a box over 200 years old.
