Japanese fine porcelain tea set - Kutani

A charming Japanese Kutani-style tea set in fine eggshell porcelain, renowned for its lightness and exquisite delicacy. Entirely hand-painted, it is distinguished by a refined decoration of traditional Japanese motifs, enhanced by a dominant coral red, gold leaf accents, and delicate polychrome details.This set includes a teapot, commonly called a Dobin, with its bamboo handle, lending authenticity and elegance to the ensemble. Each piece testifies to remarkable craftsmanship, combining precise lines, balanced colors, and decorative harmony.

The stylized rising sun mark, visible on the underside of the pieces, identifies this tea set as a Japanese production by "Nippon Tokusei," dating from the first half of the 20th century, circa 1930.
