Made of 958/1000 solid silver, of higher quality than modern silver, these spoons bear the hallmarks of the Paris jurisdiction under the Ancien Régime, including the crowned “A”, as well as the charge mark of Julien Alaterre and the maker’s mark of master silversmith Robert Lucas. The set is dated 1752, during the reign of Louis XV.
This ensemble has passed through the centuries, including the French Revolution, preserving all its charm and authenticity.
