Beautiful old vase in Vienna porcelain with double-sided polychrome decoration of a large central medallion representing a mythological scene of Cupid on the other side, a large central medallion with floral decoration encircled by a fine gold frieze.
Enhanced with two rocaille-style handles, slightly flared cubic neck with stylized motifs in reserve cartouches.
The vase is raised on its four feet.
Beehive mark on the back of the imperial Vienna factory, fine gold gilded fleuron with initials probably that of the porcelain painter who created the decorations, unfortunately the initials are difficult to read.
In good condition, very slight lack of gilding at the level of the frieze which encircles the medallion.
No cracks, no chips.
